I have lost count over the years of the number of people I have told to not listen to music while running. Well, Runners’ World has recently published an article titled Listen while you run. To all those who have suffered through listening to my opinion, I’m still sticking to my guns. However, you can now use the excuse of saying that you are smarter then I am because you run with your music, at least anecdotally.
