KKokal-

The 4 minute T1 is a guess primarily based on time spent getting that wetsuit off. It is a total SWAG because I've only had the thing on once; honestly, it still has the tags on it.

I should REALLY practice those transitions, water entry, water sighting, and about a million other little details. The good news is that I'm going to spend some time at Lake Rathbun this weekend and should have ample opportunity to do a bunch of swimming and biking. I'm hoping to get a century in sometime and perhaps get a couple hundred total miles in.

Thanks for the comment and good luck in your season as well.

Two Dogs-
4 minutes for T1?!? I know that's just a guess, but get that time down! That's free time, my friend! Cutting your T1 down from 4 minutes to 2 minutes or less is easy - a LOT easier than taking 2 minutes off your 5K time.
